Complimentary UAE Delivery on Orders Over 300 AED

Enjoy complimentary UAE delivery on all orders over 300 AED. Personalised and embroidered orders may require additional processing time during busy gifting periods.

UAE Delivery Information

For orders under 300 AED, a standard UAE delivery fee of 20 AED will apply.

Please allow approximately 7 working days for production and delivery from the date your order is placed. Delivery is available across all Emirates.

Personalised and embroidered pieces may require additional preparation time during busy gifting periods.

Urgent & Next-Day Delivery

For urgent orders, we offer next-day UAE delivery for an additional 50 AED delivery fee.

Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability for personalised and embroidered items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order shortly after it has been placed, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Please note that once an order has been started or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible and our Return Policy will apply.

For personalised and embroidered items, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately regarding any changes. We will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Our team will always do their best to assist promptly and coordinate with our courier where possible.
